1. Who operates Minddraft
Minddraft at minddraft.design is operated by Bunny Innovation ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of our private workspace for product knowledge, content planning and SEO and AI Engine Optimization (AIEO). Contact us at info@bunnyinnovation.com. By using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
2. Access and account security
Access is by invitation and requires an approved account. When Google sign-in is enabled, access is restricted to the approved Google identity. You must keep your Google account secure, use the workspace only within your authorization and promptly report suspected misuse. Approval for one person does not authorize sharing access with others. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law or investigate misuse.
3. Responsible use
Only submit material, website addresses, repositories and connected accounts that you are entitled to access and process. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your inputs, and for obtaining necessary permissions and notices. Do not upload unnecessary personal data, authentication secrets in content, unlawful material, or third-party confidential information without authority.
Do not bypass access controls, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, send spam, impersonate others, introduce malicious code or use the platform for unlawful or deceptive activity. Follow the applicable terms of connected services and publishing channels.
4. AI content and publication
AI-generated drafts may contain errors, omissions or material similar to other works. Review factual claims, citations, rights and suitability before use. You remain responsible for approving and publishing content, including compliance with advertising and platform rules. Minddraft does not guarantee any search ranking, traffic, revenue, inclusion in AI answers or other outcome. An illustration or suggested strategy is not evidence of a measured result.
Google sign-in provides identity verification only. Separate connected services require their own configuration and authorization. Third-party availability, quotas, fees and policies may affect functionality.
5. Ownership and permission to process
You retain your rights in material you submit. You grant us permission to store, process and transmit that material to configured service providers only as needed to operate the service and carry out your authorized instructions. This permission ends when the material is removed, subject to legitimate retention obligations described in our Privacy Statement.
We retain our rights in the platform software and branding. Rights in AI outputs depend on applicable law and third-party terms; we do not promise exclusive ownership or freedom from infringement. These terms do not transfer third-party rights to you.
6. Fees, availability and changes
Any service fees, provider usage charges or commercial arrangements must be separately agreed. These terms do not create a paid subscription. We use reasonable care in operating the service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may maintain, update or withdraw features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable; an updated effective date and notice will identify changes to these terms.
7. Privacy and confidentiality
Our Privacy Statement explains how we handle personal data. We apply reasonable safeguards and restrict access to authorized purposes. Do not treat the platform as a substitute for your own security, recordkeeping or backup arrangements. Notify us if you need to end access or arrange export and deletion of your workspace information.
8. Responsibility and legal rights
Each party is responsible for loss caused by its breach of these terms, subject to applicable Hong Kong law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses or outcomes determined by independent search engines, AI systems or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or statutory right that Hong Kong law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
9. Ending access
You may stop using the platform at any time and contact us to request account closure. We may terminate access for a material breach or where continued operation is unlawful. Ending access does not remove obligations that by their nature continue, including confidentiality, accrued liabilities and intellectual property protections. Data removal follows the Privacy Statement and applicable retention requirements.
10. Hong Kong law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Subject to any mandatory legal rights, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. Please first contact Bunny Innovation at info@bunnyinnovation.com so we can try to resolve concerns. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
